At PowerBuild, we want you to feel confident in your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. Ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for updates on your shipment's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
